O caisinally more people start drinking.
H enry Ford was pushing Prohibition together with women`s organisation, who first started it.
I nforcment was impossible.
B ootleggers, people who made moonshine and bathtub.
I t didn`t ban possesion, consumption of alcohol.
T ransportation of alcohol was allowed.
I ncrease an organized crime.
O rganized crimes escaled.
N o 18th amendment. It is what the 21st amendment says.
