Dear Mr/Mrs.,

I heard about the global problem which is caused because of the WikiLeaks.
I actually understand that Goverment of each country has their own secretes. And people don`t need to know everything. But is it true. We live in an independent country where  everybody can share their opinions without being afraid to be in jail next morning. We live in very development country. And a lot of people from all over the world want to come to visit and even to live in our country. Just because we have very development industry and everybody can find a place to work in our huge citis. We are free in our mindes. And we think that we know everything about our country. But isn`t it good that we know only that information that our Government allow us to know. The people from all over the world know more about us. We should know not only good news but bad too. Then we will be able to understand what Goverment do wrong. We vote for those people so why they hide all that facts from us? Are they afraid? But why the events they can be afraid to tell us still are going on?
Nobody are perfect. Everybody make mistakes in their lifes. Some of them are small but others are huge.
So how we can tell truth when even our Government lie to us.
In the news it supposed to be everything even if it doesn`t show us from a perfect side.
This way WikiLeaks will not surprise people with their videos. They will not make such a big deal for us because we will know about all of that already.
Trueth always shows up. Even if you try to hide it very very deep inside.
And then if somebody find out the hidden trueth, that will be disappointed for nation. That what WikiLeaks use.
We can prevent it. Just do not lie.

 U.S. declaration of war: German government leave a lot of nations without their rights. They violated peace in the world and using warfare they killed thouthand of people. They bombedthe U.S submarine to involve them in World War.

German response said: Germans were angry because of England blockade. They thought that it is illegal to make people die from being starving. Germans were not interested in U. S. be involved in the war.

According to a document that  certifies some rules for treatment with prizoners, I wouldn`t  rankle them. I will follow all points of that document but in certian way I will make them talk about that building where another bombs are.
I understand that we cannot hurt him anyway but we will probably use some psyhological technology to tell us everything. Because if they do not tell us those information, the bombs can be  imploded.
If our prizoners are injured we will have problems with our enemies. Because they will have a provement that we broke contract. It can make our relationships with other countries worth.

It was definatly a huge problem for soldiers to communicate with people who was waiting was them, and who they love. War is not a safety place to relax. It is place where you live only today. You do not know what`s gonna be tomorrow. Are you gonna live or be dead among thousands of men who were waiting for the letter from home. From wife, from mom....
They were waiting for weeks...
Not everybody was able to receive that piece of hapinness, piece of home during that horrible times.

A lot of Europian countries took part in the Great War. All Europian continant was involved in it. How many people lived in each of those countries. All countries were "defending their homeland". Everybody wanted to save their families lives. Millians of fathers, brothers, sons, and grandfathers died protecting their home. They wanted a peaceful life for their children. The were dieing for happiness.
After 16000000 millions of people died there, most of them were men, the population definatly decrease very much. A lot of families lost their members. This war changed destiny of everybody`s life.

I think th United States doesn`t need to train that people. A lot of people die because of that.  These graduates have consistently used their skills to wage a war against their own people. It is very crual also to take people and to make them kill their own families and people from their own country. That people don`t want to kill their friends and destroy the contry they grew up. It`s in their hearts.
I think U.S doesn`t need that armies.

" Jolie - Carrottop Hookup" Nowadays yellow press is used useally about diferrent famouse people.
I think that people used to  use yellow press in different wars to wrote an iformation that people need to know. Not really need. The iformation that politicions want people know. Sometimes they even can write lie. And people believe.
So yellow press is used like usual press to carry information to people. But information that can interested people. They type it just to make money telling people not true information.

Panama Canal

I am ***** ****. I am working on Panama Canal already for ten years. It`s not just building, it is the most scary thing in the world. You wake up early in the morning with thought that you can never come back to this room. Every day I saw a lot of death. A lot of people died in horrible anguishes. They were hot from fever like in fire, screaming and asking for help. Their death was long and painful. You even couldn`t make friends with anybody. At first I tried but I got tired of losing people who I love.
Even if you are not dieing from desease you could die from violence.During that times train derailments, falls from trains (dirt cars etc.), being crushed under land and mud slides, and suffocation from noxious gases was commonplace. Even the climite killed people.
Only few of us are still alive but we will never forgot that horrible 10 years of fear and anguishes. We payed a lot to joing two oceans.

Nowadays there are a lot of different countries in the world. Almost all countries live peacefully without wars and conflicts. But history of our world full of cruel events that nobody can explain later. Because the main purpose is power! Power all over the world.
All people have their own teritories and they supposed to be glad to live there and develop their lands. But you can find probably only one person of thousands who want power! And that horrible when that tyrant run country! Run millions of people!
I think here works a law of nature. The bigger animal always eat smaller. The same situation is in our world.
But why it happenes? Don`t you think it`s not fear?
God diveded our land exactly how it was a long long time ago. But people think they can change it. It`s not true. Earky or late but one time justice will come. Sometime it will be born a person who will become even more powerful and clever. It always happens. Somebody will stop all that wars. And he will prove that all our nations are equel. We must love our land and leave in peace to become happy and sure in our future.
Not a long time ago I watched cartoon The Last Airbander. Actually there is already movie too.
This cartoon is about world which was diveded into four lands. The land of Water, Earth, Air, and Fire. All four nations have both usual people and magicians of their element. Only one person in the world knew how to use all four elements. It was Avatar. All  countries lived friendly but then Fire Lord became addict with idea to start the war and get power over all of them. They started the worst times in their history. Everybody was unhappy, everybody lived in fear. So what is the question? The question is that why they did that still understanding that such world just cannot exist.People can`t live without happiness and love. They can`t be afraid of tomorrow. That`s why Avatar helped all that nations. He stopped the war. He was the most powerful in the whole world but he never tried to kill his friend. He never killed even his enemies. He was sent to that world to find justice. He did that and he became happy because of doing that.
But in the real world we have to stop fighting for land and money. We need to help each other.
It would be perfect world. But "Avatar" will never exist. Because almost all the time when person get even a little power they change their mind.
But the future only in our hands. We can do it perfect.  Just we need to forget about "law of nature".

Factory workers

People write such songs not from a good and easy life.
Factory workers` life was full of hard work untill late hours. They even didn`t see  their families. They were just working on their farms untill their body couldn`t move and they couldn`t think about anything.
They work as slavery for the small salary. It was really not fear to make people work so hard.
Their life was their work.

Feelings of immigrants

As we know people don`t want to become immigrantes if they have perfect life and satisfied with it.
All people who moved to other country have to move because they couldn`t continue to live in poor country and not to have medical help and to gether cents to get something to eat.
This people tried to find better life in far away countries.
But from that pctires I can understand that they did`nt become happy. It was very hard to get job. That`s why no money and again poor life.
The immigrants had not a lot of rights in foreighn country. They would never be an equel citizen of  the U.S.
They still were trying to survive.

Paper or Internet

If to compare how much I learned from blogs and just writting, it will be equel.
Because doing my homework or on the paper or in computer I use my knowlege. It is the same topics and the same answers but different way of doing it.
Actually I like blogs more, they are more comfortable and I can use my blog posts in the future.
But there is no difference in getting knowlege.

The favourite topic

My favourite topic was to make a story using only 6 words.
It was very unusual. It makes us use our imagination together with history facts.
It as very interesting because you realise how interesting is it but not very easy. You have to choose such words that everybody can understand what the story is about. To share your mind with other people. They can read in this 6 words what were you thinking about. The main idea. It is amazing. Only 6 words can tell historical event.

If I like blog posts

I think that our blogs are very helpful and interesting way to study. Posting blogs I can summarise  exactly important information and find out what I need to study harder.
Writing information on your blog you can save it and never lose it. It`s very important because I can use tis posts like notes while studing in college.
It`s not like a lot of piece of paper everywhere and you can not even understand your handwritting.
Typing can help you to remember what you type.
It will be in your mind that`s why it is easier to remember.
It`s also very good idea because in the future everything will be on computers. So we need to be ready for the future and develop ourselves by trying to do something new.

   

Hollywood made actually a good copy of cowboys who lives really a long time ago. But they missed some details. it not really noticable but to know more you can ealise that everything is not so perfect.
The first thing fell into my eyes are shoes. Actually cowboys had high heeled high boots with pointed toes. The reason of all that details is the most important thing for  the cowboys- cloth must be comfortable.
High heels made them feel safety because it worked like anchore. High boots were to protect the ankle and foot. And in video his boots are really tiny.
Other important thing for cowboys was their horse. It`s like friend for them who can help at all different situations. In the video there is no horse. Both of cowboys just walked on feet.
Finally, Hollywood showed us a real cowboy but they lose a lot of important details.

With the end of the Civil War in 1865 African-Americans still had fewer rights than white people. Even with the passing of laws such as the thirteenth, fourteenth, and fifthtenth amendments, which were aimed at giving

 

 them equal protection under law, blacks were still discriminated against. Although under law African-Americans had equal rights they were still considered economically inferior to the whites and suffered from this position below them.

It was nearly impossible for a black farmer to be able to own and farm his own land because whites were given first priority.

Many important events involving discrimination against African Americans proceeded the era known as the Civil Rights Movement. The importation and enslavement of Africans is perhaps the most notorious example of inhumanity in United States history. The abolishment of slavery did not change the perceptions that allowed discrimination to continue.

• In 1808, there was a ban on the import of slaves. The prohibition was in vein because the trade continued.

• In1863, the Emancipation Proclamation issued by President Lincoln officially ended slavery. However, the proclamation could not instantly transform attitudes of many citizens or the legacy of a country that had considered African Americans as less than human.

• In 1865, the Emancipation Proclamation was confirmed by the 13 th amendment of the Constitution which outlawed slavery and involuntary servitude.

• In 1896, Plessy v. Ferguson established a policy of separate but equal accommodations for african-americans.

Was Lt. Col. Chamberlain right? I think he was obsolutly right. He told his people true. Even if this true didn`t make anybody happy.
Like a good leader, he made everything in the best way. They went and knew that they could die. He gave them a chance to decide what is more important in there lifes. This person made people feel may be not the best side but the right side. He opened their eyes for that situation.
Definatly, this person was a good leader because he wasn`t afraid of true.

  Slavery, while something that Lincoln did not support, was a heated topic. Secession began largely in part because the South believed that the election of Lincoln was going to jeopardize their ability to own slaves - therefore damaging their economy. Even in the North, there were slavery supporters, and Lincoln essentially had to make the war about preserving the Union - if he made it about slavery, he would lose supporters, which he greatly needed during the course of the war - particularly if he was to gain a second term.

  It must be understood that while Lincoln hated slavery, he still didn't quite regard African Americans as equal; he in fact proposed that if they were to be freed, they should be sent back to Africa, or perhaps given their own piece of land/island in which they could live away from white men. When he finally signed the Emancipation Proclamation, it was less about freeing the slaves, and more about dealing a heavy political blow to the South. It actually did very little at first, but eventually the slaves themselves took it as their official declaration of freedom, and began to run away to the North; many joined the Union army.
  Lincoln wanted to preserve the Union to preserve the image of the United States being indivisible. But he also knew that this was eventually to be a war about slavery (no matter what he claimed initially). He knew that eventually, slavery would prevail throughout the Union, or it would have to be abolished - it couldn't be both.

Does history matter?

On the one hand, history is very important to realise who you are in this life. It`s very interesting and important to know about your ancestors. They had an idia and they try to achieve this aim. Like to make your country independant, for example. You must to know it because they try to do it from century to century, and when they finally made it as a result you live in independant country. So how you cannot know it. So many people made a huge effort to make your life better.
Furthermore, if you know your history, you will never repeat the faults that causes wars and different revolutions.
It is respectful to know history of your country. It is very important because of without histiry will be no future!

3.Should countries leave pieces of their history out, especially that which is negative, when documenting these stories?

If we study history, we have to know an oppinion of loosers and winners. Because I am sure they would tell so different stories! So if your country took part in the war or revolution, we must know it! Even if we loose. This way we can know what things are wrong. If to write history only from the words of winners, it won`t be history. It will be like a fantastic story. So citiezens of country have to know all aspects of their country`s history.
